In such situations, academic coaches will use their immense experiences to advice the teachers to develop proper learning strategies for such students. The presence of academic coaches in the classes will never affect either the students or the teacher. They know that the academic coaches are present only to help them out rather than punishing them. It is not necessary that academic teachers should present in all the classes.
